Suggested use
Take four drops per day during a meal.
Make sure the bottle is shaken well before each use so that the cannabidiol, which often sinks to the bottom, can mix well. Now let a few drops fall under the tongue by squeezing the cap of the pipette. Hold this in the mouth for a few seconds so that it can be absorbed well by the oral mucosa. After about a minute you can swallow any remaining oil.
